    Default pot pourri xmas gift

    im thinking im looking forward to january as the silly season will be over as orders for stuff has been crazy ,
    i had to get the lid up as i didnt have any in stock, lid came from carrols arrived monday and had it turned and finished that night

    timber is a niece piece of camphor about 6" x 3" finished to 400 then webrax pads EEE then 2 coats of glow
    i never coat the inside with a finish as can always make the camphor smell come alive again and again

    Pot-pourrie make lovely Christmas, or any other time, gifts and your is a cracker. There are some really nice lids around too.

    The only camphor I have had was a camphor wood chest when I was in Singapore with the R.A.F. and it was fantastic. I would love to turn some and I'll put money that it clears yer head!

    I haven't used the porcelain lids before. They look really good. I have just used the pewter jobbies so far.

    I like the shape you have there too.
