NZ ~ it's not a structured weekend ,everyone does their own thing and socialises a lot , carving would be fine I am sure, Not sure how you would come up to queensland ,but I am sure that without a lathe you could be fitted in somewhere for a lift , Neil (dai sensei ) is picking me up with my lathe (at this stage anyway) I took my small metal lathe last year and played with a dremel and indexing plate to do faceted pens Not worked out what I will do this year ,but thinking of pepper grinders hehe, cheers ~ John
G'day all !Enjoy your stay !!!

Well the plan is to fly in to Gold Coast and go up with Neil and yourself at this stage John.
It's easier to take my carving tools as there will be yours and Neil's stuff.
and I have not carved in front of people in a long time and it might do me some good.DANGER!!!!I'm Dyslexic Spelling may offend!!!!!

8 weeks
only eight weeks to go, there are still a few places left so if you want to go get in quick to reserve your place. it is being held at moogerah dam just down the road from the dam wall. Should be a good location.
