Record CL3 motor replacement alternative
Just had water destroy the motor of my Record CL3 lathe and am now told by Record in UK that replacement motors are no longer available (currently 3/4HP 500W). Does anyone know of a alternative replacement?

Lots of electrical motors are standard design and sizes.
I'd need more information to see what is available but I'm sure any motor rewinding company could assist.

Jump onto Cononmotor's site, they have PDF's of the motors they sell with all the dimensions.
