Richard Raffin on YouTube!
I spotted a new channel on YouTube this week! Richard Raffin himself. Looks like it has only been up for a month. As you would expect, good down to earth style and an ability to make the difficult seem extremely easy. Only a few thousand subscribers too.

I should have said at the start that Richard is one of the best and most prolific writers and demonstrators on woodturning in Australia and his name is recognised by turners across the English speaking world. Don’t expect anything but the best info from his channel - long may it last.

Richard is the pre-eminent woodturner in Australian. He currently has no rival... not even close... IMO.
He is respected by the other top dozen international woodturners.
His recognised expertise comes from extensive experience over very many decades.
He is a man of few words, but what he does have to say/write on woodturning is always precise and succinct. He never waffles.
Unpretentious fellow, too!
I'm surprised that a woodturner in Canberra, where Richard lives, wouldn't know all of this from firsthand experience and come to the same opinion...Stay sharp and stay safe!
