Sanding inside cylinders
What do folks do to sand the bottom of pencil jars and the like? Mine are too deep to safely reach in with the fingers.
For the inside walls I'm using the old abrasive wrapped around a dowel trick but it's pretty slow. Anyone use those drill mounted rubber cylinders?
TIA,
Ern

I use a high-tech dowel, with the end slightly rounded, cut a slot in the end lenghtwise,so I can either wrap sandpaper around the diameter or have the sandpaper hang off the end for the bottom.
Also turned a handle with a round ball on one end and put self-stick sandpaper on it for inside curves.
