Hi all, just another yellow box burl vase, but this time I think I got the polish just right. Hope you like, Harry

Nice but why does Image 3 have the face of a drunk in it?
Or am I the only one that can see it.

It's not just you -fly-, it leapt out at me as well.

Gives the piece a a life of it's own.

    hi harry,
great work on the vase ,looks really good and the finish is superb
my only comment would be when making something like this is to follow the contour
of the vase on the inside as well.just my opinon and i hope you don't mind
me saying,i should probably keep my opinon to myself
    cheers smiife

Hi Smiife, your absolutely right. I should have kept going. Sometimes I stop when it looks good, instead of when it looks right. All comments are welcome; it’s the only way to learn. Cheers Harry

Was scratching the scone trying to think what was needed to improve" the "piece.
Smife has hit the nail on the head.

Nonetheless a great piece of turning and a wonderful finish.
