    Default Good skew practice

I did a 2 he demo the other night! And ran out of timber! I was turning snow men!
so I had markets on Saturday and spent part of Friday making a small army of snowmen lucky for me as it was the only thing I sold!
Set up for turning was easy just between centres, roughing gouge, parting tool and skew.. The couple without hats are due to a dig in!
    Thanks for looking

I see you have been watching ABC2 for Kids as those little people are in one of their cartoons.

I have done snowmen when I first started. I made some about four months ago just to get rid of wood. I found that I was making the head way too big.

Someone said we should Chrissy ornaments at display and I had off cuts and then drew up three circles till I had some proportions,( the small ones are 30 mm 20mm and 15 mm) that I liked and hit the lathe!
I have not seen abc2 show!
