    Default a spinning wheel for raffles etc

    hi has anyone ideas on how make a spinning wheel size etc. for the retirement village I live in, we like run raffles etc. at our happy hours. Or were could one be purchased from thanks Brooke 12

    Kinda complicated.

    I also have a second hand one you could buy if you like. Been meaning to sell it for ages.
