Steb centres, chuck style vs morse taper
I'm picking up a few woodturning items from a Gumtree sale today. One of the items for sale is an unused Robert Sorby 7/8" Chuck Drive Steb Centre which I could get for about $60.
I know that Morse Taper Steb Centres can be found for about $40 and will probably end up going that way but I was wondering if there are any advantages or disadvantages to the Chuck Drive type?
