turning styrofome
i duno how to spell it but i cant belive how good it is to turn.
just like a peice of swamp cypress only crunchy.
i turned a grove in this float so a rope could be wound around it for making reefs once the gps takes us there.
turned with a 1 1/2" roughing gouge and sanded to 100 grit it was sprayed with hot pink making paint after the pic to make it more visabel

Carl, nice work.
Seems to me the same as turning nylon as I did many times to make linear nylon bearings.
