This is a very old thread, so you may not get a response. Also Butters may not have parts anymore. I found them online so you could find them and contact directly.
I recently purchased a camlock Banjo from Woodfast in Adelaide for my Symtec. It was not cheap, about $165, and I needed to make some minor modification, but you may find similar alternatives closer to home.

Hi Rob, I have one that I'll sell, it's the standard Symtec one, bought a heap of gear and in it had a camlock that I fitted to my Symtec. PM sent.
