Done some digging. Seems PayPal charge a 2.5% fee for currency exchanges but they don't build this into their currency converter. Dumb or what?
So have you got enough now or do you still need some more?
I don't want you to end up out of pocket.

I read about them in an Australian Geographic.

I'll do some more chasing up when I get back but don't expect it to change the outcome.

PayPal's currency converter rate at time of transaction quoted 1:1.21 but they charged 1:1.275 or so on the debit. That's more than the 2.5% foreign exchange transaction fee.
    Cheers, Ern

I was so temped to get in on this buy but being so new to wood turning - just 3 weeks, i barely know which end to point at the wood much less the diff between a roughing gouge & a bowl gouge. lol
Good going for organizing this anyways guys, i'll keep my eyes open for the next time u do a bulk buy. Maybe by that time i'll have a better idea what i'm doing - or not.
