Default Tormek and Scheppach sharpening tools

    Hello,
Would anyone know if the Scheppach and Tormek sharpening system tools/guides are interchangeable?
Both systems look the same on the internet, the difference being that the Scheppach "woodturners kit" is about $150 while the Tormek is $450 - of course I have a Tormek but not the $ for their kit.
    Thanks guys.

Yeah, I have one Tormek jig and it works on the Scheppach 2500.

Recently got the S. householder kit and yes, while not as well made as the Tormek jigs they do the job.
    Cheers, Ern

i use the entire woodturners set of jigs from tormek on the scheppach 2500. Only thing that doesn't fit is the profiled honing wheel.

I put the profile honing wheel on the same side as the grinding wheel. a little bit of temp loctite stops it comming loose

well i put the blue sheppach wheel on my tormek (what happens when you drop mashy hammer on wheel? huge chip) as I couldnt come at paying $225 for new wheel when the sheppach was $55 big mistake. the blue stone grinds nothing like the tormek now i have to hand finish where as with the tormek could get fine enough finish to shave with ah well perhaps i could slip with hammer again
