Thumbs up Trend Timbers, You've Done it Again!

Well it has been three months since I received my loaner DVR3000 from Trend Timbers while they tried to work with Teknatool in fixing my vibrating headstock. I got a call on Friday and my fix had come in. I drove to Sydney yesterday to pick up a new DVR-XP headstock! Adrian at Trend Timbers has really gone above and beyond looking after me and I made sure I didn't leave with just the headstock, I bought some wood and a set of cole jaws which also came back to Canberra with me. Adrian, can't thank you enough, Mate. Customer service from Trend Timbers is better than anything I could have hoped for. It's a real pity other companies don't have the same clue, possibly someone could buy them a vowel?

BLUDDYGOODNEWS Toasty Yes if The NZ company had given them the backing they so thoroughly deserve it would have been over sooner. But on the other note it is fantastic to have your own gear working and accolades to TREND TIMBERS Great news cheers WW.Wally

No no. My headstock with the problem was a DVR3000, that DVR3000 is no longer my problem.

    It remains unfixed.

    It remains with Trend.

I will never see it again.

Trend have replaced my DVR3000 with a new DVR XP
