Default Vale Dale L Nish 1932-2013

    Just read of his passing.

Anyone who has visited their library looking for books on woodturning would be familiar with his name. He authored three books Creative Woodturning, Artistic Woodturning and Master Woodturners.

We are all indebted to his great contribution to our craft.

I think one of my very first ever turning books was one of his.
    Cliff.

Nish initiated the first Utah Woodturning Symposium in 1979, wrote many articles and books.
Considered by many to be among the giants of turning.
