Red face walking stick kit question

Gidday, I must be dumb or thick but can someone please explain to me what is the test tube and cork needed in this walking stick from Carrols? I got it all ready to make up but I can't find a need for them. Does anyone know here?

You put a hollow in the top of the cane and the test tube goes in there with the cork in it to stop your scotch from spilling out. The handle goes on top so no-one knows about your secret stash.

Planning on some leisurely strolls across the moors, Toni?
