Default Willy has a new lathe!

    Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen
My new finally made it to WA today, yaaaaaaaaaaaay.

A full report will be forthcoming with more detail soon. I am absolutely buggered at the moment after moving the old lathe (the mighty Durden) aside to make room for the newer, bigger, faster, more capable lathe. I also dusted and cleaned the turning area in anticipation.

Hopefully, this will be the last lathe I move
    Sincerely
    Willy

My initial reaction was of surprise that you have purchased another lathe. But then again I thought of a couple of people on the forum that have acquired more then 6 lathes.

Will pull up a chair for the unboxing.

    G'day Willy,
Knowing how busy you are I don't suppose you have time for photos.

Not to keep us in suspense can you at least tell us what make & model you bought.

Whatever it is I will be envious.

I have been flat out, got a sore back from lifting lathes, I wish they make a them lighter, from Balsa wood or something space age.

Full report and review to come in the near future

If that had been here I would have said a VB36 but then I would be so jealous if it was one.
