The first workout for the VL100
I took the VL 100 plus a Delta midi over to Deniliquin so LiliB and hubby David could compare the two against a much larger 6 speed Woodfast.
Lili tells me that they are impressed with the VL100, particularly the variable speed.
It was great to see someone else poring over new tools and pondering over budgets for a change, not me!
Also great to see a new turner in the making with his first lesson:

In all, after a few adjustments to the banjo and tailstock, I was very happy with the VL100. I think we were practicing on Huon Pine offcuts!
