new lathe
Steve , Consider second hand, if you're lucky you do very well with a old well known make such as a Woodfast 410 20" or 500mm swing all cast iron construction. Some of the se older make last forever and are at a fraction of cost of new. Just a thought.

I had briefly considered 2nd hand but after looking on the usual sites didnt find anything.
That said, I should place a WTB add and see if anything comes of it.
