Help please on bathroom sheeting problem
Hi all i am doing a reno in my bathroom I have removed the old wall sheeting and floors, im replacing the wall sheeting with villaboard and ceramic tile underlay on the floor.
Do i need to put wet area flashing behind the villaboard and ceramic tile underlay horizontal floor joints? i think i have made a mistake because on the verticle joints villaboard to villaboard i have used the wet area flashing but not on the floor to wall horizontal joint .
I am getting the floor water proofed so will this horizontal joint be a problem?
can someone please give me some info on this.
tks

Not sure about QLD regs. In NSW the entire floor and part way up the wall must be waterproofed, so they no longer bother with flashings behind the wall sheet. Didn't put any in my place.
