House Value
Just a question about Cladding. My son had a salesman for house cladding that claimed by recladding his house it would increase the value by 10 - 25%
House Value 250K
Cost to reclad 16K
New value (at 10%) 275K profit of 9K
My question is has anyone had their house reclad and does the 10% - 25% seem like a resonable claim?
Thanks

Hrrmmmmmm! Suppose it depends on the condition of the weatherboards before it is clad.
