Pond Filters - great service
After having ponds for more than thirty years and surviving happily without filtration by creating a living ecosystem, our current (five year old) pond has finally succumbed to the imbalances that only complete lack of maintenance can bring!
After a bit of research into pumps and filters, I lucked into the guys at Creative Pumps in South Aus, wttp://www.creativepumps.com.au
Phoned them on their free line last Saturday for advice, they came back to me Monday with a proposal, which we discussed at length, as they explored and explained all the options available.
I ordered the gear, paid $9.00 freight to Qld (same for anywhere in Oz) and finished installing the thing this evening.
Great service thus far, and really helpful people who know what they are selling, a rare find in the pond pump game!
Highly recommended!
Cheers,
P (who will soon be able to see his fish again!)
