Hide ugly fence base and concrete
I'm currently in the process of preparing my driveway to be paved, as you can see below:
My issue at the moment is that the bottom of the cream fence on the right hand side is quite ugly, show below:
The finish level of the paving will be just below the ugly concrete. What I'm thinking at the moment is, how should I hide it? The paving will look nice however this will be an eyesore.
I'm contemplating some sort of retaining wall with sleepers or paving blocks. My concern is that this may dictate whether I pave all the way to the fence or only just past the carport posts.
Does anyone have any ideas? I'd love to hear your opinions. Thank you in advance.
