Hello all.

You guys have all been so helpful in the completion of other home projects, I figure I should get some expert advice!

The current garage at my place is only a small storm away from becoming a a pile of rubble, and so its time to replace it! The current shed is 6m*9m*3m, and sits against the side fence. It was obviously built either before or without a building permit, as two of the wall are also acting as retaining walls, and therefore the iron is totally stuffed.

My pan is to pull down the old shed, build new retaining walls, and then erect a new shed myself (with assistance from the old man, mates, and any passer by that is qucik enough to get away!) , re-using the existing slab. I've quoted up a few sheds, ranging from $6000 - $7000, but the big question is which one to choose! Its currently down to Ranbuild, Wide Span Sheds and Maxished (from most expensive to cheapest).

So my questions! Does anyone have any experience with these companies or their products. Ease of construction and good instructions are pretty high on my list of priorities. One thing I did notice was that Wide Span use 0.47TCT Wall Cladding while the other two use 0.40TCT Should I care about this?

Thanks is advance

Matt
