Thread: help with shed building...

currently have the garage and want top build shed up next to it. the garage on the outaside is that hardi plank cladding.

just wanted some advise on what the best method to close the gap between the shed wall and garage wall so no water gets in. i have done a dodgy drawing below ( am at work so cannot take photo). as can be seen the cladding overlars each other so the vertical beam will not sit flush with every panel.

i was thinkng to use some of that flashing the put on roofs??

any help will be appreciated.
