Hey guys, newbie to this forum. I need some advice.. im building a shed out of metal my dad has lying around his block. the shed is going to be cheap, one of the most expensive parts is getting it through council, building licence etc. I need to do this first. I found these plans on ebay Shed Plans 10M Long X 6M Wide X 3 5M Wall Angular Steel Truss | eBay Shed Plans 12M Long X 9M Wide X 3M Wall Angular Steel Truss | eBay has anybody had any experience getting these plans certified for construction? what size footing would be suitable for a 12x9m shed with 3m walls? also what are peoples opinons on pouring the concrete before/after the shed construction. I'm think i'd like to pour it after so the shed is sealed around the outside. Some people have told me its very difficult to pour the slab after the shed is constructed
