small sheds - less than 10 sq m - proximity
hi all, can anyone point me to the right section in the Queensland Development Code related to garden sheds? I am particularly looking for information on how close they can be located to each other without being assessed as a single shed? I was thinking of getting two small sheds and placing them next to each other (as closely as possible) because if we erect anything with a floor space of more than 10 square metres, the brisbane city council requires that the floor level needs to be roughly 80cm above our existing back yard.
folks, sorry, i seem to have double posted. http://www.renovateforum.com/f83/min...height-106308/
i am blaming the state government ( i was contracting with a transport organisation until the end of last week, and my neighbours, just because they are neighbours and i am grumpy!) for my double post misdemeanour. this is the better question though, if you feel like answering.
cheers
ajm
