timber frame shed supplier/builder?
there seems to be HEAPS of colorbond clad steel frame garage/shed suppliers out there, but for the life of me i cant find anyone who can build one for me in timber.
I have an existing concrete slab (6m×3m) which i have been told is too thin for a steel garage (been told i need 6× 300mm concrete footings). The old garage is a timber frame build some 70 years ago with corrugated iron roof and timber clad on north side and glass on the south side. However a good sneeze in the vicinity of said garage could probably knock it down...
Anybody know of a supplier or even a skilled tradie who could bang something up? I see those cheap masterton and clarendon homes being built all over the place and their separate garage build is exactly what I'd be after. Thing is they wont build me one without the house.
Any help would be much appreciated.
