My 2 cents
We put trend windows in our house 10+ years ago, upgraded to the more expensive (they have two ranges) as SWMBO didn’t want those cheap flimsy aluminium windows we all grew up with in the 70s.
my take on trend,
their after service is very good, although you shouldn’t need after service
the design of the track allows water to ingress and sit on the indoor section of rail, which in turn collects more dust/dirt
the lock mechanism is large and all blinds have to be wound over not under which creates gaps allowing light, blinds which are wound under hit the mechanism and you need to flick the blind to continue rolling down
the design of the sliding doors has a large channel section which protrudes past the architrave meaning in our case no blinds only curtains.
this is my experience and I work on the theory with nearly all purchases, “would I buy them again” and for trend it is no. If they were in a house that I was potentially buying would it stop the sale, probably not, but…
cheers

Regardless of brand I would consider upgrading your glass from 4mm for sound and thermal transmission. 6.38mm laminated is a good budget option without going into the costlier performance grade glass
