I'm renovating a loungeroom and will be replacing all the skirting and architrave along with the wall and ceiling plasterboard.

I'm considering the Woodhouse perimeter Gesso pre-coated timber mouldings from Bunnings as they are pretty close in price to plain timber mouldings at the local timber yards.

I'd like some opinions on whether I'm better off going with the pre-primed or buying from a timber yard and priming it myself. Anyone had any issues with it? I'd like to avoid the extra work.
