Recommend an Architect
Hi All,
Looking at adding a double garage and possibly a study/guest room above it to my property. I would like to get some recommendations for architects in the Burwood/Mt Waverley area in Melbourne's east.
Also what sort of extra cost would be incurred for dropping the garage into the groud (say a metre to 1.5 metre) to accommodate the room above to finish at current building height (current home is 1 metre high off ground at rear
