Costs of building a granny flat
Hi I we are currently looking at building a granny flat at the back of our investment property, it has rear lane access so access wouldn't be an issue. We have also already spoken to council and it and have the thumbs up but going in to speak to the town planner later this week
Its more a question about price, the size we are wanting to build is between 55sqm and 60sqm, the block is flat and the soil is sandy. Are there any builders on here prepared to share the costs to build a basic 2 bedroom granny flat that's self contained or happy to come give me a quote the property is in Ettalong NSW
