Where the hell is my builder?
Hi all,
I've had a contract running with a builder for 25 working days now (5 weeks). There has been someone on site for only 7 of those days, and for an estimated average of only 6 hours each day (some days for only an hour).
For the rest of the time, the site has just sat there.
Is this failing to proceed with due diligence? Any advice?
