Thread: the 'new'hse

thought i would post a pic ( if i can work it out ) of the place i just bought is over 80 yrs old was moved 60 yrs ago to present location and been in the one family since then its very large has 3/4 acre block with fruit trees etc rainwater tank and 2 sheds and a very low single carport ( my car has to have the ariel pushed to get in under roof )

needs heaps of tlc to make it present able most pple say it got "potenial " though a couple of said burn it lol

had the electrics done today is in good nick just a few new points and fans and a earth leakage
plumbing is good but will need replacing as has a tree root problem but no hurry for that
haveing the wooden stumps ( 20 )replaced ( they started makeing the stumps already ) with steel though most of the stumps 44 all up are already steel or concrete

as said in other posts the pressed metal ceiling inside is like new in most of the house but stripping the paint is getting hard and am being carefiul of lead masks etc


well just thought i would show what i have been messageing about
