Preparing your home for valuation
OK for those who have not been following our various threads we did it using Ceciles credit card, which of course is now maxed out ( Surprise surprise) We are looking to the bank for a loan to complete the renovations.
What can people here recommend as the best way to present the property seeing as it is a "work -in - progress" and some obvious work still has to be done.
How much weight do valuers put on small things like boundary fencing and the general tidiness of the gardens ??
What can we do to make our half completed house look worth the money we think it is worth??
