Samsung CCTV Support?? how do i get this??

I have been trying to contact anyone who deals with samsumg CCTV DVR products for about 6 months now on and off, sent about 6 emails to samusungtechwin that have gone unanswered, sent emails to 3 different samsung dealers all gone unanswered.
Anyone know how i can go about getting some form of support from samsumg for my CCTV DVR?? getting sick of their non-existent support.
