wardrobe shelving
Hi,
Can you advise me what materials are used for simple wardrobe shelving for a new house.
The carpenter will install it but I need to supply the materials.
I understand I need say 16mm or 18mm melamine panels for shelving, but what supports the shelving? MDF strips or pine?
I have leftover 140mm MDF skirting boards if MDF is appropriate.
Do I need a fascia for the melamine shelf? If so do I use 67x18mm architrave (same as the door frame)?
If I wanted a vertical melamine panel to make a partition, what do you use to hold the melamine panel in place at the bottom?
Thanks.
