    Question House relocation

Hi everyone, This is my first post so please bear with me.
we are considering raising and restumping our house. We are also considering turning the house 90 degrees. As I have no idea at all on how to do this, costings etc I was hoping my new learned friends could help.
    any info would be great.

    Use a professional restumper\relocating service.
Altering drainage and services could cost as much or more than the house itself

Check with your council for their requirements also. Lifting or rotating the house may cause them to class it as a new dwelling with requirements for cyclone tie downs, wiring and plumbing the same as a new building.
