    Default All done!

The lid is secured with neomidium "rare earth" magnets at the corners.

This has been an extremely valuable learning experience for me.
    1) The quilted maple panels weren't that hard to do.
    2) Neither were the black pinstripes.
    3) Sapele is VERY easy to work with. There wasn't a hint of tearout, it sanded easy, grainfilling was optional, and the finished color is great.
    4) I'm never... ever.... EVER.... doing those corner posts again. They created more problems with the glue-up than is reasonable. Getting that thing square was a bear. It isn't all the way there, but it's as close as I can get it.

    Thumbs up

Wonderful stuff Avenger. The early photos show how much care you put into the workmanship and fit up.
