    Default Some art deco influence

Did some boxes recently and a couple have art deco influences I rather like the way they turned out so will keep this in the mix.

This one is New Guinea Walnut with Sheoak ends.

Lid lifts are Jarrah on both.

Very nice work, something a bit different to the norm. Really like the BHS box.

Well, I was feeling quite clever earlier, having finished the Guardian cryptic crossword, but now feel dopey because I can't work out what BHS means . Probably obvious to everyone else but I'm just not getting it.
Dallas, can you please put me out of my misery by explaining it?

That would be Blackheart Sassafras which I believe the centre section is.

Update, looks like DJ beat me to it.

Serves me right for abbreviating it to just Sassafras all the time
