    Not only nice timber but you also made good use of it .

    Is the bottom lined? I can't tell what it is from the photo.

    Lovely boxes. That Beefwood is really spectacular and the finish you have used really shows the beauty.

    Thanks, yes my go to lining is Pig skin suede.

    Beautiful boxes . . . but I hope you're aware of the bleeding that Beefwood is known for regardless of your finish!? A light sand or scrape about 12 months after you finish them usually ends the problem but I've had to fix most of it again at about 2 years before the bleeding stops altogether. We took a few slabs to Maleny years ago and couldn't sell a stick! - all the local woodies there knew about the issue so we had to cart them home again

    Yes i am aware of the bleeding, i tell my clients to give them a wipe if they see or feel anything.
