Birthday present for a 11yr old girl
A box made for an 11yr old girl's birthday.
Made from recycled Jarrah floorboards so there is some imperfections but was very happy with the result.
She wanted to have a Llama party so I obliged with a Llama on the lid which matched the Llama on the card my wife created.

Butt joined boards glued to a mitre joint box with splines then separated on the table saw

It turned out very nice. Can't beat a bit of Jarrah to look a bit specky once some sort of finish is put on.
