Default Blackwood & silky Oak Jewellery box

    Blackwood & silky oak jewellery box, 360 x 155 x 155.
I picked the blackwood up at the TWW show last year, and took a while to come up with a design.
Finish is Kunos oil over shellac sanding sealer.

A very different looking box Alex - nice and fine.

If he gets it without working for it; he's a parasite; and if he accumulates it after a life time of hard work, people call him a fool who never got anything out of life."

Nice indeed. Very different from the run of the mill jewellery box.

As always Alex....your creative designs are exceptional. That is a really fine piece.

I can only reiterate what others have said - great design, well executed.
I like your choice of timbers, too.
