A box of Memories
Latest commission just completed.
Red Cedar, and Silver Ash edging.
Inlay is Fiddle-back N.G. Rosewood and French Walnut Burl.
Stringing inside is European Birch Fiddle-back and
Interior Lined with Spanish Cedar.
Inside also has inlay of Initials into inside of top, done in Euro. Birch and Walnut Burl. (Sorry No pics of inside for Privacy reasons.)
French Polished with de-waxed Blond. Finished with soft wax polish.
Am thinking of running casual Box making workshops on Sundays at my workshop on the Gold Coast,

Does that mean you are keeping the shed set-up, I hope so, just a little bird told me you were packing up shop
As for the workshops, I love to, but I haven't got time at the moment

Hi Neil, nearly called around this afternoon but was running late, how is Todd by the way.
Never Listen to rumors even if I start them.
Nope, keeping sheds at Burleigh am also looking at getting another.
At the moment we are searching for a new house where I can have a couple of 40 x 20 sheds for stuff.
I'll call round soon and have a Coffee if youz is in

Hi Artme,
I am looking to have Sundays as (casual) Box Making workshops .possibility 2 half day sessions. So peoples Sundays are not totally committed.
Maximum of 4 people per session
Will keep you posted.
Have scheduled a Marquetry 2 DAY Workshop for 11th 12th Sept. Fine Boxes,Gold Coast School of Fine Woodwork
