    No chamfer, I set the hinges with 1mm gap, on the closing edge there is a 1mm rubber bump which shows the gap. John.

    How you go with wood movement? Have had issues with boxes that were for sale in air con. Shrinkage mostly.

    John what do you mean when you say......

    I don't understand the spline bit?
