    Default Cantilever box(es)

    A variation of a plan from Wood magazine. Lace She-oak and Huon.

    They are beautifully made including the grain wrap. Certainly different to the normal box you see.
    Just one question, how do you open the draws as I see no pull on them?

    You push at either end - they are symmetrical front and back.The grain was too good to spoil with a knob.

    Yes...A very different design box made from exceptional wood. I particularly like the way you have incorporated the side struts by recessing the sides of the carcass.Very well done.

    Ruddy, the box sides aren't recessed, only the side supports.
