Cufflink Box
Hey,
I'd like to make a cufflink box for my brother.
I have been trying to search for tips on making dividers in the box. I need to make about 3 rows of 6 in a box approx 300mm x 200mm.
If anyone could lead me onto a link that I seem to not be able to find or if they have tips that would be much appreciated!!
Andy

Why not just cut thin pieces of the timber you intend to use, mark out the divisions for the compartments and then cut at each mark to the halfway depth of the strip. You then just push the dividers together to form the compartments.

Here is where I learned how to do it
For a jewellery or cufflink case, I would use flocked matboard (can be bought from framing suppliers or a framer), glued back to back, making it around 5 mm. The slots can be cut with a Stanley knife.
