Cheers - I'll have to give this a try, as I've been meaning to play around with this style of hinge. I'm sure I've got some of those shelf supports lying around somewhere.....

yes, the new Gifkin owners are about 40kms from me. I'm 40kms south of coffs harbour. It was for this reason that I decided to check out the Gifkin outfit, and the new owner was nice enough to give me about a two and a half hour demo.
I would love to have the Triton router and the router table like the one he used, but I'll have to make do with my older type Triton router table and my 30 year old 2hp makita router.

Thanks Matt, actually I've now sold most of those boxes, also another which I made but forgot to take a photo of. So now I have to get busy and build some more.
