Small drawer pulls with label window
Hi,
I am in the final planning stages of making a box to hold fly-tying gear (a portable tying station, basically like a machinist's tool chest with a drop-down fron to hold vice, etc).
I was hoping to have drawers that could be labelled for ease of finding materials...so ideally I am looking for drawer pulls with the small windows in them like they use on filing cabinets. Either with or without pulls - I could attach knobs elsewhere if required.
However, I haven't been able to find small ones - perhaps 3-4cm across and 1-2cm high.
Does anyone know where I can get small ones of these (even a bit bigger if required)? I have seen similar on collection cases and similar. Happy with brass, other metal, etc but preferably not plastic.
Thanks in advance,
Darren

I know for a fact you can get them from J.James & Co. 02 9904 1599. I can't find them on their website , but they have them for a project that was in Aust. Woodsmith issue 50. They call them card file pulls and were used in a plan for magazine boxes. Give them a call.
