    Default Drum Sander

    I am toying with the idea of buying a drum sander. I am looking at the Hafco DS-1632 wide drum sander and the Performax 10-20 Plus. Can anyone give me the heads up on these machines. The pros and cons.
    I would be using it to sand material for box making etc.
    Money is always a stumbling block but I am looking for value for money.

    Im assuming you own a Thicknesser? Then you should get a Shelix cutter head for it instead of a drum sander. The quality of finish between the two is staggering. The price would be about the same .
